2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on SidraGemWorld's platform for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by SidraGemWorld at any time.

3. Gemstone Certification and Tokenization

SidraGemWorld provides blockchain-based certification and tokenization services for gemstones. By using these services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• All gemstones listed on the platform have undergone certification by our experts, but SidraGemWorld does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all certifications.
• Tokenization represents fractional ownership of a specific gemstone, and token holders have rights only to the specific percentage of ownership represented by their tokens.
• The value of gemstone tokens may fluctuate based on market conditions, and SidraGemWorld does not guarantee any returns on investment.
• All transactions on the platform are recorded on the blockchain and are subject to verification and transparency requirements.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with any third party
• Notify SidraGemWorld immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security

SidraGemWorld reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason without notice.

5. Shariah Compliance

SidraGemWorld offers Shariah-compliant financing options for gemstone investment. While we make every effort to ensure compliance with Islamic financial principles, we recommend that users consult with their own Islamic finance advisors to determine the suitability of our offerings for their specific needs and circumstances.

6. Limitations

In no event shall SidraGemWorld or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the platform, even if SidraGemWorld or a SidraGemWorld authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.

8. Changes to Terms

SidraGemWorld reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the date at the bottom of this page. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.
